Refund Policy:

1. In the event of class cancellations due to inclement weather or insufficient ticket sales, a refund will be issued.

2. Should a player require rescheduling of a purchased class, LVBL will gladly provide a credit for an alternative class. To initiate this process, kindly notify us at least 12 hours in advance via email at coach@lvbl.club

3. Please note that returns on products are not applicable. However, we are pleased to accommodate size exchanges upon request.

Terms and Conditions for Play:

I,(³Participant´), acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participatein the following activities at LVBL (³LVBL´):

I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES AND THAT I COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. I AMVOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING  ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE , AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS  INJURY, DEATH ORPROPERTY DAMAGE,  RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.

I verify this statement by checking the box.

 As consideration for being permitted by LVBL, the State of California(³State´), the County the event is residing in, (the ³County´), and anylessor of the LVBL premises (³Lessor´), to participate in these activitiesand use the LVBL premises and facilities, I forever release LVBL, theState, theCounty, the Lessor, any LVBL affiliated organization, andtheir respective directors, officers, coaches, employees, agents, fromany and allactions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs,distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representativesnow have, or mayhave in the future, for injury, death, or propertydamage, related to (i) my participation in these activities, (ii) thenegligence or other acts,whether directly connected to these activitiesor not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition ofthe premises where theseactivities occur, whether or not I am thenparticipating in the activities. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs,distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives willnot make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee inconnection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLYUNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS ARELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ACONTRACT BETWEENMYSELF AND THE FAIR, THE STATE, THE COUNTY, AND THELESSOR, AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

I verify that the dangers of the activities and the significance of thisRelease and Waiver were explained to the Participant and thattheParticipant understood them.
